Every client's profile, one list, your name on all of it.

Your agency already promises local visibility. This is the weekly work behind that promise — done for every client, scored so you can see who needs you, and reported under your brand.

A monthly fee for the workspace and a small fee for each Google Business Profile you connect. Your clients pay you directly, at your prices.

Thirty profiles is a job nobody on the team actually has

A Google Business Profile that is complete, answered and posted to is the difference between the three results a customer rings and the ones they scroll past. Keeping one that way is an hour a week. Keeping thirty is a person, and most agencies have not hired that person — so profiles are set up with care and then go quiet.

The second problem is proof. A client who asks how they are doing is usually shown one position for one search, which is not how local search works and which they half know is meaningless. When a report cannot be argued for, the renewal is a conversation about price.

They type what they need.

What a customer does when they need somebody today. The map is the first thing on the page, and the three businesses on it are the ones who get the call.

What runs every week, for every client

Three pieces of work, each with its own board inside the app.

See it

Where each client stands, and who is above them.

A grid of real Google Maps searches across each client's area, a share of local search against every business that appears, and the change since last week. One list across all your clients shows who needs attention today.

Answer it

Every review answered, in the client's own voice.

A reply is drafted for each new review and posted for them. A one or two star review reaches your team the day it lands, with the reply already drafted and held for a person to read before anything goes public.

Keep it fresh

A post a week, approved by a person, published on time.

Posts drafted from what the business actually does and what the owner says has been happening. Nothing goes out unapproved, and the queue shows the empty weeks before they arrive.

These five fields are worth 32 of the 100 points in the check at the top of this page.

What a client is shown, and what you are

Nothing on this page is a testimonial. These are the product's own artefacts, which is what you will be putting in front of clients.

  • A branded report. Your logo, your colour, your name in the footer. In the order an owner asks the questions: how many are looking, am I being found, what did you do this month, what happens next. A page, a PDF, or a link they can forward.
  • A free check on your own site. A visitor types their business name, picks their listing, and sees a score, their rank and the three businesses above them. Their details come after they have seen something, not before.
  • One list, worst first. Every client's score, what is waiting for you, and the biggest next step — the morning question answered before anything else is read.
  • A prospect finder. A trade and a town; back comes every profile Google shows and how neglected each one is, with the evidence to put in the first email.

Agencies this fits

Local SEO specialists

You do this work by hand now, one client at a time. This does the weekly part for all of them and leaves you the parts that need a person.

Marketing agencies adding local

A service to sell next week under your own name, with the sales tool built in: the free check turns a visitor into a lead and the report turns a lead into a client.

Web and design studios

You build the site; the map listing is where the calls actually come from. Add it as a retainer without adding a specialist.

What it costs you

A monthly fee for the workspace, a fee for each business on it, and nothing from what your clients pay you. The fee per business is what a client costs us to run, so you can win one with a free month and we are still not out of pocket.

Included

  • As many businesses as you can win, each with its own login
  • Every profile scored, filled in, answered and posted to
  • Rank measured by map grid, and share of local search, weekly
  • Branded reports, PDF and share links, under your name
  • The free profile check and the prospect finder on your own site
  • Your name, logo, colour, fonts and domain on all of it

Your clients pay you, at your prices, into your own account, and we take none of it. The fee per business is counted on the day your subscription renews, so one you add and remove inside a month costs nothing.

Questions agencies ask first

What does my client actually see?

Your name, your logo, your colour and your domain. They sign in at an address on your site, read reports headed with your logo, and receive emails from you. No page they can reach names this platform.

Can I have clients who do not log in?

Yes. Many agencies run the work and send the report as a link or a PDF. A client only needs an account if you want them to see their own dashboard.

How do my clients pay?

You set your own plans and prices. Clients pay you directly through your own payment account; the platform never invoices your clients.

What is my cost per client?

The fee per business, and nothing from what they pay you. It covers the searches, the map checks and the drafting a client needs each month. Each client also has an allowance of searches you set; the allowance is shown to you, never to the client.

Why a fee per business rather than unlimited?

Because each business costs something to look after, and a flat fee for unlimited businesses would have to be priced for the biggest agency. A fee per business is priced for the one you have, and it means a profile you give away free to win a client is not free to us either.

What if a client already works with another agency's profile?

The client connects their own Google account through Google's sign-in and grants permission to manage the profile. If somebody else holds that permission, Google's own ownership process applies before anything can be done.

Does the platform post or change anything on its own?

Replies can be posted automatically if you choose; poor ratings are always held for a person. Posts go out only once approved. Changes to a profile's details are shown before they are written back.
