Terms of service
Last updated 27 September 2026. GBP AutoPilot is operated by macaws.ai.
These terms cover your use of GBP AutoPilot. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
What the software does
GBP AutoPilot connects to Google Business Profiles you are entitled to manage, scores them, drafts changes and replies, publishes what you approve, and reports on local search visibility. It is a tool you operate: you decide what is published, and you remain responsible for it.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them.
- Only connect Google accounts you are authorised to use, and only manage profiles for businesses that have asked you to.
- You are responsible for what the people you invite into your workspace do in it.
What you must not do
- Post anything false, misleading, or in breach of Google's policies for Business Profiles or reviews. In particular, do not use this software to write or solicit fake reviews, or to reply as though you were someone else.
- Publish content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful.
- Attempt to reach another agency's data, or to work around the limits in the software.
- Resell access to anyone you have not contracted with, or beyond what your plan allows.
AI drafts
Replies, posts, descriptions and suggestions are drafts produced by a language model. They can be wrong. Nothing is published to Google unless you approve it, or unless you switch a profile to publish automatically — which is your decision and your responsibility. Read what you approve.
Rankings and reports
Positions in local search are measured without a searcher's exact location and change constantly. The reports show what was seen at the time of the check and are indicative, not a guarantee of any ranking. No one can promise a position in Google's results, and we do not.
Paying
- Subscriptions are billed through Stripe in advance, and renew until cancelled. An agency pays a monthly fee for its workspace and a fee for each business on it, counted when the subscription renews. A partner pays a share of what its clients pay it, with the fee per business as a minimum, as agreed when it is taken on.
- Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- Searches and AI drafts cost us money, so plans include an allowance. When it is used up the software stops spending rather than billing you by surprise, and says so.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing a price.
Reselling under your own brand
You may present this software to your clients under your own name and domain. Your contract with your client is yours alone: you set your prices, you support them, and you are responsible to them. Do not claim to be, or to be endorsed by, Google.
Your data, and your clients'
You keep ownership of what you put in. We use it to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it, and deleting an account deletes it.
Your use of Google Business Profile through this software is also subject to Google's own terms. Google may change or withdraw its APIs, refuse an edit, or restrict a profile, and when that happens the software cannot override it. GBP AutoPilot is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and to warn you before planned work, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Parts of it depend on Google, Stripe, OpenAI and Serper, which we do not control.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost rankings or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that is used to break Google's policies; where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that counts as accepting them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
