Google Business Profile management, white-labelled to your agency.

Every client's profile scored, filled in, answered and posted to — and where each one ranks, street by street — under your name, your logo and your domain, at your prices. As many client profiles as you can win; nothing of ours on any page a client can reach.

£149 a month, plus £5 a month for each Google Business Profile you connect. Your clients pay you whatever you charge them, and we take none of it. Run a local business rather than an agency? macaws.ai looks after profiles directly.

One business, twenty-five points, half a mile across. First at the door, sixteenth at the edge.

See it in your brand

Type your agency's name and pick a colour. Everything a client of yours would see is drawn below — the portal they sign in to, the sales page on your domain, the monthly report, the browser tab. White label here means the whole thing, not a logo in a corner: no page a client can reach names this platform, and we test every release for that.

About 970 people a month search for an electrician near you. 370 of those searches showed you, and you are 2nd of 49.

The weekly work is what wins, and nobody has time for it

A Google Business Profile that is complete, answered and posted to is the difference between the three results a customer calls and the ones they scroll past. Keeping one that way takes an hour a week; keeping thirty takes a person. Most agencies set profiles up once and watch them go quiet.

And ranking is not one number. The same business is first outside its own door and nowhere two streets away, so a report with a single position in it tells a client almost nothing — and they know it.

They type what they need.

What a customer does when they need somebody today. The map is the first thing on the page, and the three businesses on it are the ones who get the call.

Three things, every week, for every client

See it

Where every client stands, street by street.

A grid of real Google Maps searches around each business, for the phrases its customers use, and a share of local search against everyone who appears. Not one number: the whole picture, measured again every week.

Answer it

Every review answered, in the client's voice.

A reply drafted for each new review and posted for them, so nobody is left without an answer. A one or two star review reaches you the day it lands, with the reply drafted and held for a person to read.

Every review gets a reply in your voice. A one or two star review is drafted and held until somebody has read it.

Keep it fresh

A post a week, without anybody remembering.

Posts drafted from what the business actually does and what has been happening, approved by a person, published on a schedule. A profile that keeps changing is a profile Google keeps showing.

These five fields are worth 32 of the 100 points in the check at the top of this page.

What a client is shown

The product's own artefacts, not testimonials. Each one above is drawn from the app: the map grid is an example with illustrative positions; the leaderboard carries real figures measured for one electrician in Swindon, with the rivals' names left off. Nothing on this page was made up.

  • A score out of 100 for every profile, graded across reviews, categories, details, consistency and activity, with what each missing point would take to earn.
  • Share of local search across the phrases customers use, against every business that appears, with the change since last week.
  • A branded report in the order an owner asks the questions: how many are looking, am I being found, what did you do this month, what happens next — as a page, a PDF or a link.
  • A free profile check on your own sitethat scores a visitor's business in front of them and asks for their details only after it has shown them something.

Who it is for

Local SEO agencies

You already do this work by hand, one client at a time, and it does not scale. This does the weekly work for every client and gives you one list of who needs you today.

Marketing agencies adding a local offer

A service you can sell next week, under your own name, with a free profile check on your site that turns a visitor into a lead and a report that turns a lead into a client.

Multi-branch businesses

Ten branches, ten profiles, one place to see which ones are slipping and what would fix them. Reports written for a branch manager, not an SEO specialist.

What it costs

£149 a month, plus £5 a month for each Google Business Profile you connect. Your clients pay you whatever you charge them, and we take none of it. As many businesses as you like, each one priced; the whole product from the first day, and no trial, because there is nothing to hold back. We make money when you keep clients, which is the thing we would rather be working on too.

Included

  • As many businesses as you can win, each with its own login
  • Every profile scored, filled in, answered and posted to
  • Rank measured by map grid, and share of local search, weekly
  • Branded reports, PDF and share links, under your name
  • The free profile check and the prospect finder on your own site
  • Your name, logo, colour, fonts and domain on all of it

Your clients pay you, at your prices, into your own account, and we take none of it. The fee per business is counted on the day your subscription renews, so one you add and remove inside a month costs nothing.

Questions agencies ask first

What exactly does my client see?

Your name, your logo, your colour and your domain. They sign in at an address on your site, read reports headed with your logo, and get emails from you. Nothing on any page they can reach names this platform.

Do I need my clients' Google passwords?

No. Each client connects their own Google account through Google's sign-in, which grants permission to manage the profile and nothing else, and they can take it back at any time.

Does it change anything without approval?

Replies to reviews can be posted automatically if you choose, and one or two star reviews are always held for a person. Posts are scheduled only once somebody has approved them. Changes to a profile's details are shown before they are written back.

How is ranking measured?

By searching Google Maps from a grid of points across the client's area, for the searches their customers type. Each point is a real search; the position at each is recorded and compared with the previous week. It measures where they appear; it does not promise where they will.

What does it cost me per client?

The per-business fee, and nothing from what they pay you. It covers what a client costs us to run — the searches, the map checks, the drafting — so you can give a business away free to win it and we are still not out of pocket. Each client also has a monthly allowance of searches you set; the allowance is shown to you, never to the client.

Where are the seams in the white label?

Two places, and both are Google's or ours to own up to. When a client connects their Google account, Google's own permission screen shows the name of the software asking, which is this platform; that screen is Google's and cannot carry your name. And the printable guide offered after the free check carries our name on its pages. Everything else a client can reach — the portal, the sales page, the reports, the emails, the browser tab — is yours, and we check every release for anything of ours leaking onto it.

Can I try it with one client first?

Yes. Create your agency, connect one Google account, add one business, and run the free check on your own sales page. There is no minimum and nothing to install.
